PLEASE get your orders in well in advance, we are always booked, and want to make everyone happy!

Catering and commercial baked goods are available by special order in advance.  Orders must be placed well in advance, however, some orders may be compounded with other standing orders.  All recipes are made with 100% organic whole grains and ingredients, and we use only 100% green products and recyclable parchment and paper bakers.  Orders placed will be prepared and hand delivered in the San Antonio area or shipped via UPS.  Please place you ordering details and comments in the feedback portion of the contact us page, and we will confirm your order via e-mail.  Shipping and taxes are not included (delivery is complimentary.) Order totals will be tallied and e-mailed to you.  Accepted forms of payment are cash, cheques or

  • Orange Spice Pumpkin Bread

     
    This loaf is a decadent nutritious bread, sweetened with organic dark brown sugar, spiced with pure vanilla, organic ground cassia and freshly ground nutmeg.  It is a treat for breakfast, gôuter or with afternoon tea.  Small loaf (serves 2-3) $9.00 each or large loaf (serves 5-6) $15.00 each

  • Sweet Potato Zucchini Bread

    This moist super rich bread is packed with grated organic sweet potato and zucchini, and sweetened with organic cane sugar and molasses.  It is perfect served anytime, even for dessert drizzled with cream cheese frosting, the way my husband likes it!  Small loaf (serves 2-3) $9.00 each or large loaf (serves 5-6) $15.00 each

  • Rhubarb Scones


    These are hand-mixed with European butter to make the perfect scone.  No clotted cream or preserves necessary, they are rich, moist and sweet with a hint of strawberry essence and pieces of rhubarb mixed in with a crunchy cinnamon sugar crust.  These are best delivered right out of the oven, or in ready-to-bake dough pieces.  $10.00/ half dozen.

These treats are individually wrapped, perfect for giving as gifts, or can be ordered by the dozen.  $4.00 for  package of two, tied with Italian ribbon and papers, $18.00/dz unwrapped
