Our Services

We offer various classes, with different themes and skills incorporated into them.  The upcoming classes will be listed on this site.  Private custom designed classes are also available by request for up to 14 students.  Kids and young adults will learn many skills regarding various types of cooking including, menu planning, seasonal meals, shopping for organics, baking and learning how to choose the best ingredients.  Historical facts and the study of ingredients are also taught in each class.  We use many appliances, utensils and methods to prepare foods.  Students leave the classes with a custom made cookbook, ready to be filled with RCA recipes, information and cooking tools, along with a "goodie" bag filled with the prepared items from the class.  The core age range for group classes is between 4th grade and 8th grade, although younger and older kids have participated.

~With so many requests for private classes, for both young children and adults, as well, we are more than happy to accommodate you.  Please contact us if you are interested in adult's hands-on classes and we will work with you to create a perfect custom menu incorporating kitchen tricks and advanced skills.
